Congratulations to Libby Bradley (Surf Lifesaving) who has been awarded a WHiPA Lloyd Morrison Reaching for the Podium scholarship. Libby is a member of the 2018 New Zealand Surf Lifesaving Open Squad. Steven is a member of the Titahi Bay Surf Life Saving Club in Porirua and has been competing for them since 2003. He has been a New Zealand team member since 2007 competing in four World Championships including being part of the team that won 2012 and 2014.
