Congratulations to Libby Bradley (Surf Lifesaving) who has been awarded a WHiPA Lloyd Morrison Reaching for the Podium scholarship. Libby is a member of the 2018 New Zealand Surf Lifesaving Open Squad. She recently won six U19 titles at the 2018 New Zealand Surf Nationals, and four U19 titles at the New Zealand Pool Nationals in September last year. Congratulations to diver Arno Lee, recipient of a WHiPA Lloyd Morrison Aquatic Athlete Scholarship to assist him to compete at the FINA World Junior Diving Championship July 23-29 at Kyiv, Ukraine. Arno represented New Zealand at the 2015 SSA Pacific School Games, where he won three gold and one silver medal, and the 2016 Australian Elite Junior Championships earning one silver and two bronze medals. Congratulations to WHiPA Lloyd Morrison Aquatic Athlete Scholarship recipient, swimmer Lewis Clareburt. Lewis (18) has been with the Capital Swim Club since he first started competitive swimming at 8 years old. His main event is the 400 Individual Medley, but at New Zealand Age Group Championships 2018 this year he won 8 Age Group Titles over different events, which he did also the previous year as a 17 year old. At this years NZ Age Group Champs it earned him the Life Member

Congratulations to swimmer Joel Crampton who has been awarded a WHiPA Lloyd Morrison Reaching for the Podium scholarship. Joel Crampton, 16, currently swims with the Capital Swim Club under coach Gary Hollywood. Joel has been competing at a national level since he was nine, and has won numerous national titles and more than 30 Wellington records. In his first year at Tawa College he was awarded the Sportsman of the Year and that year also won the Swimming Wellington selectors
